Using our Sustainable Tourism Business (STB) Criteria, we assess businesses to help promote responsible tourism practices and further enhance their sustainability capability.
Qualmark has recently partnered with carbon management platform Ekos, to further equip our Qualmark Specialists with stronger sustainability capability to support our members.
How will our work with Ekos benefit Qualmark members?
- Carbon management: Ekos supports businesses to measure, report, and reduce their GHG emissions, while also building skills and capabilities in this area.
- Collaborative opportunities: including workshop delivery, coaching, mentoring, event hosting, training, and other activities.

In addition to our partnership with Ekos, Qualmark members also receive an exclusive 15% discount on Ekos fees for verifying and/or certifying their GHG emissions inventory. Becoming Ekos certified is a great way for members to take the next step in their sustainability journey.
The 15% discount applies to all Ekos services, excluding offsetting and third-party services. To utilise the discount, you will need to provide your Qualmark Account ID when applying for your chosen Ekos certification.
